Telem Restaurant

Telem is a restaurant by chef Aner Ben Rafael Forman, built around a light, seasonal, and approachable experience, alongside a high level of culinary precision.

The name “Telem” is rooted in the idea of a furrow in the soil, symbolizing a direct connection to the land, raw ingredients, and origin. It carries references to processes of growth and continuity, translated into a short, direct name that connects the place, the food, and the concept.

The visual language is based on lines and repetition, inspired by furrows and similar patterns found in nature, such as the graphic structure of the hoopoe’s wings. These principles are expressed through the typography, compositions, and grid system, alongside the use of natural materials and a restrained color palette.

The project included naming, brand identity, and visual language.
