Yaaz real estate

Yaaz is a boutique, family-run real estate company operating in Tel Aviv.The branding builds on the fact that a significant part of the company’s projects take place in the city, positioning Tel Aviv as a central element of the brand’s identity. The visual language is based on local places, imagery, and shared memories familiar to the city’s residents.

A series of hand-drawn illustrations of recognizable locations creates a direct representation, with a slightly nostalgic and free approach, placing the brand within its local context.

The tagline “Building Tel Aviv for over 50 years” reinforces the connection to the city and positions the company as part of its ongoing development.

The project included brand identity and visual language.
